At Paw Nest, we want your order to reach you smoothly. Please read our shipping terms below.

 

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $49 AUD. Orders under $49 are charged a flat standard shipping rate of $9.95 AUD.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Times

Many of our products are sourced from trusted overseas suppliers to keep our prices competitive. As a result, standard delivery typically takes 7-20 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and the item ordered. Some items may arrive sooner, while others (particularly to regional or remote areas) may take a little longer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

 

Customs, Carriers and Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier handling, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always do our best to help you track and locate your order.

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged any additional shipping for split deliveries.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@pawnest.com.au and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
